recently.

The opinion to production of the Chinese manufacturers in
Russia is frequently not the best. But XF-2000ES ¡ª is quite another
matter. Device is compact enough and attractive with voltmeter on the
front panel.
Power sockets are located on the top panel ¨C may be this
is unusual, but all wires can be seen well and it is much more convenient
to insert plugs. For attraction of attention on the top cover the circuit
of the filter is drawn.
And the circuit is rather serious: with the transformer
of a galvanic outcome, up to it and the additional with symmetric
transformers and filtering condensers. But in real under such circuit is
only one channel, the most low-power, with a current of loading up to 1A.
The model has four channels, two sockets on each, and
give out in loading accordingly 3A, 5A and 5,5A. But filters here are more
simply. However, even in circuits of powerful channels symmetric
transformers and also condensers, that meets infrequently.
On the front panel there is a contact for definition of
phasing sockets. It is necessary only to touch it and lamp aside can light
up whether phase presents or not. Depending on it according to drawing in
Manual it is determined, on what contacts the phase, on what zero is sent.
If there is need to change polarity it is not necessary to overturn a
network plug of the block, it is enough to click the toggle-switch on the
back panel and polarity will exchange.
From high current-protection there are only fuses
installed. From short-term emissions protect varistors, for work in a
network with a long deviation from allowable the device is not adapted:
there is neither the alarm system, nor a switching-off. The "Ground" of
sockets are connected among themselves with wide (about 1 cm) plates on
screws. Assembly is rather accurate, though the soldering is not
everywhere ideal. As a whole XF-2000ES makes only positive impression and
honours its manufacturer.
Advantages: presence of the voltmeter, a good filtration
on all channels.
Lacks: there is no protection against a long overstrain
voltage."
